Orientation – Week 2
Hey everyone my first SWEAT blog is going to be about the second week of orientation so if you haven’t already you could take a look Bernie’s blog, which is on ‘hell week’ the first week of orientation, to get some context. So I will take you through three of the activities of this week. One of these was ‘solitary’; which entailed us spending a day as individuals in a forest, build our own shelters and get in touch with ourselves and God. South West Equipping and Training (SWEAT) is a Christian run leadership training school based in Plymouth. With a focus on character development we offer a one year accredited course for people over 18 who want to further develop their leadership skills. Our heart is to bring people to the South West to train and for them to return to their places of work, churches and families as strong leaders with solid characters.
