Hi we have had a busy social time. So far during the course of S.W.E.A.T we have been pushed hard, but we have also had an amazing social time with the Masquerade Ball and with the Dad’s and Lads weekend away organised by Living Well Church. It was as it said on the tin, “Lads and Dads”, if you did not have a Dad or a Lad this did not matter because they found you one, when you got there. On Friday 19th we were all informed that Mike Puffett (Pastor of Jubilee Church Maidstone) would be visiting all us sweaties at the house. Us first year students were busy that morning doing cleaning jobs and arrived home from the tip at one o’clock. Upon entering the dining room for lunch Greg informed the men of the house that we were leaving the girls and to pack our things for two nights because we were off to Wales in half an hour. With a focus on character development we offer a one year accredited course for people over 18 who want to further develop their leadership skills. Our heart is to bring people to the South West to train and for them to return to their places of work, churches and families as strong leaders with solid characters.
