First week in the SWEAT house

OK, so, the first blog post I have ever done. Here goes; this week has had its relaxing and busy days AND what lovely weather we’ve had this week. Everyone has all had their own highlight with this week and whatever highlight comes up, we agree with every one of them. I have found the biggest challenge when leading the cooking team is making sure that all the food we need as a family is within our weekly budget! I have already...

SWEAT expansion

During the summer SWEAT purchased its second property for the training centre. The other half of the semi detached house was purchased and the joining dinning room wall was knocked through this month (October 2010). This now means that SWEAT is based at 31 and 33 Billacombe Road and this year is housing 17 people, so as you can see from the picture meal times has a great atmosphere.
