SWEAT is completely rooted in the Bible. It is a Bible college with a difference! Everything that happens at SWEAT is based upon Biblical principles and with the aim of seeing the students grow into a deeper knowledge of the Word. The students finish the course with a far greater understanding of how to practically walk in what they have read and studied in the Bible over the year.

 

 

SATS Information

The SWEAT Training Centre has formed a partnership with SATS (South African Theological Seminary) enabling us to offer an excellent pathway towards a Bachelor of Theology Degree. Completing any one of our full-time courses will give a student the ten required subjects for the first year of the degree. The academic curriculum of SWEAT comprises 5 subjects studied directly through SATS and 5 subjects awarded by Recognition of Prior Learning.

First Year of Degree / Or Full Certificate in Theology – 5 Subjects (60 Credits) 

Second Year of Degree – 10 Subjects (120 Credits)

Third Year of Degree – 10 Subjects (120 Credits)

(In third year there is a possible church placement with practical training.)

SATS is accredited with SAQA in South Africa and the degree course is recognised by UK NARIC, the National Agency for providing information and advice about qualifications and skills from outside the UK.  The degree qualification is therefore comparable with UK qualifications.
