Hello and welcome to this weeks SWEAT blog. It has been an exciting start into the new year and term 2 of SWEAT, as we go into new things. Hello and welcome to this weeks Blog. Creative arts academy came down from maidstone to teach us SWEATies how to dance to hip hop. It was a really good opportunity and a privilege for CAA to come down and teach us how to dance, Iv’e always wanted to know how but never had the chance to learn. We had to learn a routine to a song from “The Tribe” in just 3 days, it was hard but with a lot of repetitiveness my muscle memory picked it up. Hello Amigo's, This week was the BEST!, we are all speaking like Mexicans, and its all thanks to Alex Cooper the BEST! and Travis Collins the BEST!, for their exotic taste in films, Nacho Libre, but it really is the BEST! Anyway back to the BEST bits! this week we went to Plymouth Albion Rugby Club, to sell programs for the Championship Game of Albion vs London Scottish. With a focus on character development we offer a one year accredited course for people over 18 who want to further develop their leadership skills.
